Event software for a duty that has a date coming

Crew checklists, incident logs and the record that shows what was done at the event. Built for organisers who will have to show what they did.

What this is

The law is passed, and the date is not

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 received Royal Assent on 3 April 2025. The Home Office has not set a commencement date, and the duties do not bite until it does. Organisers who build the record now are not waiting for a deadline.

Where we have proof

a live operations console and an offline field app, with every record written to the device first

Where we have not yet

We have no published event case. We say so on the first call and show the closest work.

Services

What we build for event teams

Crew checklists

Pre-event, during and close-down checks with a photo where the answer needs proof.

Incident and near-miss logs

Captured in seconds from a phone, with time, place and who reported it.

Live operations console

Who is where, what is open and what has been reported, on one screen.

Staff and steward briefing records

Who was briefed on what, and when.

Multi-venue registers

The same record kept for every site an organiser runs.

After-event reports

Generated from what was captured, ready to show the venue or the regulator.

TruckFleet Labs

Different sector, same hard part: people working where the signal drops, with the office needing to see what is happening. A dispatch console and an iOS app where every record is written to the phone first and drained from a queue the user can watch.

FAQs

What buyers ask first

Do you have an event case?

Not yet published. We say so on the first call and show the closest work, which is a live operations console and offline field app for a transport operator.

Does the Act apply to every event?

The factsheet puts events in the enhanced tier when 800 or more people may reasonably be expected. Smaller events are outside it. Check your own numbers with the Home Office guidance.

When do the duties start?

No date is set. The factsheet says the implementation period is expected to be at least 24 months from 3 April 2025.

Who owns the code and the cloud accounts?

You do, from the first commit. Repositories and cloud accounts stay in your name.
