Automotive software where the evidence is the product

Walkarounds, service lane inspections and safety compliance testing. Every one of them ends in a record somebody will dispute, so the record is what we design first.

What this is

Three workflows, one output

The walkaround, the service lane and the trade-in appraisal look like different jobs. They produce the same thing: evidence that a customer, an insurer or a regulator may question months later.

Video settles it

A technician pointing a camera at a worn pad ends an argument that a tick box starts.

The instrument beats the memory

Where a tool can supply the reading, it should. A typed number is the first thing an assessor questions.

Services

What we build for automotive teams

Walkaround and DVIR apps

Daily checks for drivers and technicians, with the defect routed to whoever has to fix it.

Service lane inspections

Technician video handed to the customer, so the upsell is shown on screen.

Trade-in and appraisal

Condition captured once, with photos that survive the negotiation.

Dealer system integration

The result has to land in the DMS, where the service team already works.

Embedded and device testing

Test rigs and harnesses for teams shipping hardware into vehicles.

Connected vehicle data

Telemetry pipelines where the volume is the hard part.

Records

What the record has to carry

Most automotive disputes are settled by what was captured.

Driver defect reportingFor operators under an O-licence, the report and the rectification work are expected to be kept for 15 months under DVSA licensing guidance.
Manufacturer inspection sheetsEvery brand has its own sequence and its own thresholds. A generic checklist fails the first franchise audit.
Warranty evidenceA claim stands on the photo, the reading and the timestamp. Software that treats those as optional creates the gap.
Customer-facing recordsAnything shown to a customer becomes a commitment. Version it, and keep what they were shown.

Safety compliance testing, built to a brand standard

Verify Auto

Safety compliance testing for vehicles, built to a brand standard that left little room for a default interface. We moved from construction workflows into automotive APIs and validated the design with prototypes before writing production code.

Who we build for

The automotive teams who call us

Dealer groups and service networks

Where the service lane is the margin and the inspection is the conversation.

Fleet operators

Daily checks and defect routing across vehicles that cannot sit idle.

Automotive equipment makers

Manufacturers who want the app shipped beside the tool, under their own brand.

Automotive software vendors

Product teams needing the field or embedded piece they do not build in-house.

FAQs

What buyers ask first

Can you integrate with our dealer management system?

Usually yes. The integration is normally the part that decides whether the inspection gets used, so we scope it first.

Can the app read our diagnostic tools?

Often, over BLE or the maker SDK. Send us the model numbers and we will tell you which ones we can read.

Do you work on embedded as well as apps?

Yes. We have delivered embedded and device testing work alongside the app side, which is usually where the awkward integration sits.

Who owns the code and the cloud accounts?

You do, from the first commit. Repositories and cloud accounts stay in your name.
